Betty Burr
President and Founder
Betty Burr has over 25 years of experience in Training & Development and
Organizational Development, and has trained thousands of managers, supervisors,
and support staff. Prior to founding NoonTime University in 1993, she
was Director of Training for Headquarters Companies division of United
Technologies, Senior Trainer at Xerox Palo Alto Research Center, and a
nationally known trainer for Career Track and the American Management
Association. She holds an MA in Organizational Communication from Fairfield
University, a BA in English and Education from Connecticut College, and
a lifetime California Adult Education Credential. She's a member of the
American Society for Training and Development and the Northern California
Human Resource Association, and has been on the extension faculties of
San Francisco and San Jose State Universities. programs.
Dannie O'Flaherty
Dannie O'Flaherty is a training and management development consultant
with over 12 years experience. She has extensive expertise in areas incuding
employee relationships, team development, meeting facilitation, and instructional
design. She was an Employee Relations Specialist for Ingres Corporation
in Alameda, an outplacement consultant for Power Marketing, and is a frequent
consultant to Bay Area management firms. Ms. O'Flaherty holds a Masters
Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State
University, is a lecturer for the School of Management at John F. Kennedy
University, and is a past Member of the Board of Directors of the American
Society for Training and Development, Golden Gate Chapter

Susan Hanan
Susan Hanan is a training consultant with more than 15 years of experience
with Bay Area corporations. She worked as an instructor for the American
Institute of Banking in both their San Francisco and Spokane offices,
where she increased retail bank revenue 50-100% during the implementation
of a retail sales performance system. She's also worked as a program manager
for High Gain in San Francisco, and as Training Director for Platt Music
Corporation in Hayward. As Client Services Manager for Omega Performance
Corporation in San Francisco she received an Outstanding Performance Award
for her expertise as a manager. She also ranked first in a statewide institutional
campaign in sales and customer service. Ms. Hanan is a graduate of California
State University at Los Angeles and holds a BA in Business Education as
well as an Adult Education Credential
Brad Warren
Brad Warren has trained over 15,000 people in the United States and overseas.
He has had extensive experience in the areas of conflict resolution, time
management, interpersonal commmunication skills, customer service, and
meeting facilitation. His overseas experiences have been in Russia, Costa
Rica, and Guatemala, where he conducted negotiation and mediation trainings.
Brad holds a BA in Philosophy and Psychology, and a Masters Degree in
Education. Sylvia Wilkins
Sylvia Wilkins has been a training professional and corporate speaker
for over 12 years, in areas including commmunication, leadership, sales
skills, customer service, telephone effectiveness, time management, leadership,
team building, and sales strategies. Sylvia's considerable persuasive
powers have also made her a successful sales representative for companies
including Nutri-System, Mead Johnson, and Savin Corporation. Since 1994
she has managed her own training and sales consulting company.
